BBC Three 8:15PM - Doctor Who: Bad Wolf (repeat)
Wednesday 28 September:
NRK 2 Norway - 8:05PM - Doktor Who: Rose (premiere)
Early edition due to a hectic week for the TWIDW editor.
NRK 2 Norway http://www.nrk.no has put Doktor Who's premiere in the search section of their TV listings, as spotted by Norwegian fan Torger Keilland. Wednesdays at 8:05PM starting 28 September, commercial free. They will be the first mainland European broadcaster to air Doctor Who.
The Doctor Who Restoration Team Forum http://www.restoration-team.co.uk has news of the surprise recovery of a couple of short Doctor Who clips from the 1966 story Power Of The Daleks. The clips were noticed on BBC2 (!) during the show Sunday Past Times, which was airing footage from 1960s documentary programmes.
BBC Three http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcthree has made more changes to its
Doctor Who repeat run. The Wednesday night Confidential Cut Down
repeats have been stopped. Saturday night full length Confidential
episodes resume on 17 September at 7:45PM. On 25 September the
Sunday repeat moves back to 7PM for The Parting of the Ways,
followed by a cut down Doctor Who Confidential episode. The Friday
9PM repeat and 9:45PM cut down Confidential remain the same.
The CBC http://www.cbc.ca/television has finished its repeat run of
the 2005 Doctor Who series. Doctor Who returns to Canada with The
Christmas Invasion in a few months.
Maryland Public TV http://www.mpt.org will air Doctor Who at their regular start time of Midnight tonight this Saturday (the 17th) instead of the previously scheduled 12:30AM. A pledge night is being replaced by a Live From Lincoln Center fundraiser for Katrina victims. Iowa Public TV http://www.iptv.org will also air the fundraiser - their updated schedule does not indicate a time change for that station's Doctor Who broadcast.
The BBC Press Office http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice and C21 Media
http://www.c21media.net often announce when a Doctor Who
international sale occurs. Worth keeping an eye on, just in case.

Start time changed due to Live From Lincoln Center fundraiser for Katrina victims. I'd suggest checking the website on the 17th in case it changes again. The Time Lords send the Doctor and Jo on another intergalactic mission. A political dissident needs information about the nature of his own world. Naturally, the Time Lords fail to include an instruction manual and everyone gets a tad confused.
